Vintage Scandinavian Purple Amethyst Sommerso Glass Gin Decanter, 1970s Art Glass. Pre-owned.
Condition: Very good pre-owned condition, exhibiting some signs of use. Small scratches on the decanter and a small chip on stopper (see pictures).
Description: Modernist/Brutalist style decanter for Gin or Vodka. Made from amethyst Sommerso glass. Tristand formation at the bottom matches the stopper's shape. Manufactured in Scandinavia during the 1970s, possibly by Orrefors, Iittala, or Kosta Boda (attribution unconfirmed, no markings). Capacity approx. 0.6 liter.
