Vintage 1950s MARX Litho Metal Tin Doll House #4052 - Furnished. Played with during childhood, now downsizing. AS-IS.
House measures approximately 25" long, 8" wide, and 14" tall (excluding chimney).
Good overall condition for its age, showing normal wear and tear. Surface marks, scratches, lite paint loss, and minor dings/dents in the tin. Some tabs are missing, but the structure appears stable.
Comes with 33 pieces of furniture. 31 pieces are in good condition. The baby crib and living room red chair each have a leg missing. Will be carefully dismantled for shipping. Please see pictures as they are part of the description.
