Original Hugo Goberg owl bell, made in Germany around 1900. Hand-forged from iron with a stylized owl perched atop a hammered iron bell. The owl features riveted brass eyes and a beak.
* Stamped “GERMANY” on the back of the owl
* Signed inside the bell (signature is present but difficult to read)
* Original clapper intact and fully functional
* Height: 8¼ inches (21 cm)
* Excellent aged patina; surface wear consistent with early 1900s manufacture
This is a confirmed and documented Goberg design. Rarely found with all components intact. A superb addition to any collection of antique bells, Arts & Crafts metalwork, or Jugendstil design.
