Includes Brew Pub building, original box (box and Styrofoam have wear and tear) and power adapter.
The cauldron is filled with a liquid which is VERY slowly leaking (common issue). Approximately 1/4 leaked out during storage.
The ladder that is supposed to lean against the cauldron is missing.
Building is in good working condition, and it has no chips/cracks.
Non-smoking home.
