Exquisite 22k Gold Turquoise Teardrop Pendant sourced from India. Measures approximately 1.25-1.50 inches x 0.50-0.75 inches, total weight 6.08 grams.
Features 41 hand-cut turquoise stones set in an alternating oval link chain frame. Acid tested, results indicate between 18k and 22k gold.
Handmade between the 1600s-1800s. Acquired in India in 1972. Brooch pin with piano hinge is present; catch is missing. A jeweler can create a new catch using laser soldering to protect the turquoise. Can also be worn as a pendant.
