Antique Chinese porcelain tile made by Li Gui Mei in the 1800s. In good condition with minor chipping along the edge.
Tile was previously framed and glued to a backing (see pictures), which can be removed by soaking. There is an area on either side of the peacock on the bottom of the tile that has an overglaze paint, intentionally done by the artist. Features calligraphy; artist name translation is Li Gui Mei.
Dimensions: 10.5" x 7.75" framed; 9 5/8" x 6 7/8" tile only.
